🐡🧜♀️Post is a WIP🐠🐬
📷🎞🎥 Below is a compilation of photos and videos of my beloved fish in my fresh water aquariums, most of which are planted 🌱🌿💦
I work in a pet store that sells your everyday generic fish and have enough aquatic skills and knowledge to be the one blessed *cough* with the responsibility to care for them and maintain the entire system!! Fun right?!? I know!! 😂😂
One of my tanks is actually dedicated to the lucky few fry that manage to evade hungry mouths and get sucked down into the filtration sumps. I manage to get in and clean them out once a week and always find a few. Just your normal livebearing tropicals, such as guppies, mollies, mini mollies, balloon mollies, platys and swordtails.
My favourite of all my aquariums would have to be the 4 foot by 4 foot (by 1 foot tall) tropical setup. It has equal Perspex dividers, providing 4 2x2 living quarters for my various species of both fish and plants!! It is always in a work-in-progress state, as we also use the spectacular lighting for propagating our favourite aqua plants like Anubias Nana, Anubias Petite, Anubias Pinto, Tri-Colour Lotus and many more...
The tropical fish that currently reside in one square are my Blue Turquoise Discus, Angels, Congo Tetra school, two Clown Loaches, a few adult Bristlenose Catfish and at least 3 of their litters (batches of fry ((mainly scattered throughout the entire 4x4))
In another square; a male Half Moon Betta
In the other; (enjoying the warmer water) my Ryukin Goldfish... I love them so much 🥰
The last one is mainly for plants.
