Anyone risked using NSW thats been in a sealed ibc for months and months? NSW- Natural Salt Water for the kids playing at home.

There shouldn’t be any issues because it’s stored in an IBC and not exposed to evaporation. If the container is wrapped to block UV even better.
What little evap may have occurred inside the IBC might raise specific gravity slightly.

Yeah have a RODI unit on hand so have no doubt the sainity is out. But easy fix.
Unfortunately hasnt got a cover on it yet.
Have two options on that. Either to buy a crap ikea outdoor furniture cover which do the job.
Or to have one custome made in vinyl that fits perfect. I was looking at having them made and selling them.
My motor trimmer has already had a look. And will be flush fit around the big screw on lid. So everything is easy never have to remove the cover.

I wrapped mine in black plastic to block the UV and cut a piece for the top. Might be easier than fitting a cover although much more long term.
